College Uniform

College Council has endorsed that complete College uniform must be worn both at College, to and from College and on excursions. It is expected that you are in full uniform each day. This may require some planning for repairs, cleaning and changing seasons. If there are extraordinary short-term circumstances where a student needs to be out of uniform, a Uniform Pass will be issued by a Student Manager on presentation of a note from a parent/guardian. If there is a problem obtaining correct uniform, you or your parents/guardians should contact the Director of Student Wellbeing or appropriate Student Manager for assistance.

Hair must be tidily groomed and of an appropriate and reasonable style and compatible with College uniform. Make up should not be visible. Body and face piercing, hair that is completely shaved, dreadlocks, braids with beads or coloured hair outside natural hair colours, or coloured nail polish are not considered to be compatible with the Student Dress Code Policy.

Sports and PE uniform must only be worn for all PE classes and external sporting team events. Students should not mix sport and general College uniform. The BSC rugby jumper is only to be worn with the Sports and PE uniform and not with the school uniform.

Students must not mix Summer and Winter uniforms.

All College uniforms should be maintained at all times and should not be torn or worn out. Defacing uniform in any way is not appropriate.
